Jason Free

In 1990, Jason Free became the youngest person to ever obtain a Georgia Real Estate License. Since then he has earned his real estate broker’s license in GA, AL, FL, NC, and TN. Jason is currently a Director with KW Commercial Real Estate, a division of Keller Williams Realty that has over 1100 commercial agents. Jason also serves as the General Manager of the Keller Williams Northwest Realty located in Rome, GA.

Jason is a real estate consultant and owner of Jason Free Real Estate Advisory Group, Inc. in Rome, Georgia.     Jason has also worked as a real estate investment broker at Marcus & Millichap REIC in Atlanta, Georgia and as a real estate instructor for Georgia Highlands College and Homebanc Institute of Real Estate in Atlanta, Georgia.  He earned a bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia in 1994.

Mr. Free has been providing consulting services to investors and property owners considering placing all or part of their property in conservation easements since 2010. As a consultant, he serves as a liaison working with owners, appraisers, surveyors, and attorneys. Mr. Free has been instrumental in placing over 10,000 acres into conservations. The contribution value of those projects is in excess of $100 million. Jason’s passion for conservation is fueled by his love for the outdoors, and desire to see a healthy balance between land conservation and development.

Lane Lawler

 

Mr. Lawler is President of Lawler Investments, Inc. and a licensed Life, Health, and Annuities insurance agent.  He has an MBA from Mercer University and a BSEd. from the University of Georgia.  Lawler Investments, Inc. is real estate and small business consulting firm that specializes in all aspects of property and asset and liability management.  Mr. Lawler has advised clients throughout the southeast with portfolio asset and risk management, real estate analysis, acquisition, management, and disposition.  Mr. Lawler has been trained by SunTrust Bank, Regions Bank, Bank of North Georgia, and McIntosh Commercial Bank in business cash flow management and analysis, credit essentials, real estate analysis, and underwriting as well as various financial certificates from these institutions.  He is also a board member for Pickett’s Mill Elementary School Foundation, actively involved with the VFW, and Cobb and Paulding Counties Senior Centers.
